If you’re looking for a place to sooth your soul and connect with yourself, the universe and those around you, this is the place! Wether is slow-flo or yoga hour, the teachers are amazing and easy to follow (for those of you that might be visiting for the first time). The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Great location as well!
